>> My name is Ben Ferber [assumed spelling]. I'm an account executive with PLS Logistics. And that is a combination of sales and customer service. I'm helping customers move their freight through third party logistics. And so basically what PLS does is they provide shipping. They fulfill the needs for shipping, accommodates that ship, whether it be steel or any other commodity, and find a chart company that meets those needs at a cheaper rate. So, basically, you would find the company that needs something to go from one place to another and connect them with their correct carrier because we have such a vast array of carriers in our database, where a regular company would not be able to find those easily. Coming in the morning a lot of times you'll have emails from customers or you'll get them throughout the morning and you touch base with them. See what they need. Quote them on certain shipments that they have coming up or they need to go out immediately or if they have an emergency shipment you find it for them right that day. Then do some of the logistical portion of talking with the chart drivers, matching those customer needs that you just found with the chart drivers. And then when it slows down you have some time to reach out to potential new customers and doing the selling portion of the job. It really changes day to day. It can be consistent but also you have sometimes it'll be slower. Like, you know, right now it's the end of the fiscal year so people are doing inventory. They don't have as many shipments going out. Where sometimes in the summer when manufacturing's up, the economy's up, it'll be a lot more fast paced. You'll be doing a lot more with customers then you will be doing selling because your current book of business is more active.
